“The women have now reached 19 consecutive semesters earning this team honor, which we are extremely proud of,” WVU coach Vic Riggs said. “This is also one of their highest team GPAs. Additionally, these five athletes have proven their success both in the pool, earning an NCAA B cut, and in the classroom, with a 3.5 or higher GPA. This is what we strive for each year. I am very proud of each of them and their commitment to academics and athletics.”
Currat is recognized for the second time in her career, after also being named to the Scholar All-America Honorable Mention Team last season.
