Williams, Carter Lead West Virginia Over James Madison 86-73

Devin Williams and Jevon Carter each scored 19 points in the Mountaineers 13 point victory over James Madison.

Though it wasn't easy, West Virginia picked up their second win of the season in an 86-73 victory over James Madison in front of 8,101 fans at the Charleston Civic Center.

Bob Huggins mentioned after the Northern Kentucky game that they didn't run any plays so James Madison wouldn't have anything on tape. Well, the first play of tonight's game was a well-executed set that resulted in Esa Ahmad finding Jevon Carter for the alley-oop slam:

West Virginia started the game on a 10-3 run, but James Madison did not let them pull away.
