The West Virginia Mountaineers have been bitten by the knee injury bug again.
Yodny Cajuste, a redshirt sophomore from Miramar, Florida, will be out for the season after suffering an ACL tear in his right knee on Saturday. The injury occurred early in the second quarter against the Missouri Tigers.
The Mountaineers still managed to win their season opener 26-11 in a dominating performance against the highly touted Tigers' defensive line.
Cajuste was just coming into his own after sustaining a knee injury last season which caused him to miss six games as a redshirt freshman.
