Under Lyons WVU Athletics Thriving

It’s a great time to be talking to West Virginia University director of athletics Shane Lyons, who stopped by the set this morning during today’s National Signing Day Show, presented by BrickStreet Insurance.

The Mountaineer football team is coming off a 10-win season in 2016 and a No. 18 final national ranking, the women’s soccer team was national runner-up in its first-ever College Cup appearance and finished the year ranked second in the country.

The seventh-ranked men’s basketball team got a big road win at Iowa State last night and will play Oklahoma State in the Coliseum on Saturday before another sellout crowd.
