Two Top 10 Teams to Clash in KC Tonight

KANSAS CITY - College basketball fans are in for a real treat when two top 10 teams hook up in the second game of tonight’s Phillips 66 Men’s Basketball Championship at the Sprint Center in Kansas City.

That’s when No. 9 West Virginia looks to knock off the sixth-ranked Oklahoma Sooners and make its case for a top seed in this year’s NCAA tournament.

“Before the season started I told them to get together, sit down and write what their goals were, and one of their goals was to win the league championship, which we fell short,” said West Virginia coach Bob Huggins.
