Phil Brady scampers into Mountaineer lore and closes the book on a cinderella season for WVU.
The 2005 season was full of surprises. From the triple overtime comeback victory against Louisville, to the emergence of Pat White and Steve Slaton, to the team capturing the Big East Championship and the precious BCS berth that came with it, the season was more than anyone could have expected. The shellshocked Georgia team eventually settled in and stormed back into the game closing the gap to just 3 points.
