University High. Morgantown, WV. It’s destiny right? That isn’t always the case but it was here as University High standout Amir Richardson has made it known that he will continue to play football in college and it will be with the West Virginia Mountaineers.
Richardson is a two-way player for UHS. During his junior season, Richardson finished with 48 catches for 714 yards and 15 touchdowns, averaging 15 yards per catch. Defensively, he collected 42 tackles, three sacks and two interceptions.
Richardson already has the measurables to be the next great safety at West Virginia.
