We told you the floodgates were about to open.
The West Virginia Mountaineers just picked up their third commitment of the day, and it’s a HUGE one.
Four-star wide receiver Isaiah Hazel gave his pledge to the Mountaineer coaching staff this evening. The Upper Marlboro, Maryland standout narrowed his list down to seven schools back in May, and trimmed it again to a foursome that included Alabama, Maryland and Virginia Tech in addition to the Mountaineers.
Hazel was not in attendance at West Virginia’s Showtime camp this weekend - as he was with his teammates at camps at Maryland and Shepherd University - but still made the call to shut his recruitment down and inform his future coaches.
