A native of Hampton, Virginia, Osborn is a seven-time USA Shooting Junior Olympics qualifier and a two-time 3 Positions Air Rifle National Championships Gold medalist for the Civilian Marksmanship Program and for USA Shooting.
“We’re really excited to add Sarah to the WVU rifle program,” Hammond said. “She has shot at the national level for many years. We’ve followed her career for a bit now, but we really got to know her better when she attended open matches and rifle camps at WVU. Sarah is not only a talented shooter, but she’s also very motivated and a hard worker.
