The third-seeded Mountaineers will take on No. 2 seed and sixth-ranked Texas (26-2) in the semifinals Sunday. West Virginia lost both regular-season games against the Longhorns, including a 73-50 defeat on Feb. 21 -- its worst loss of the season.
