MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Several shooters from the 2015 NCAA Champion West Virginia University rifle team earned solid results at the International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) Munich Rifle and Pistol World Cup, which concluded after five days of competition at the 1972 Olympic Shooting Range in Hochbruckle, Germany, on June 1.
Two returning student-athletes, as well as an incoming Mountaineer, competed in more than one event.
Rising redshirt-senior Meelis Kiisk (Estonia) shot 1158 and finished 32nd in the second elimination relay, 57th overall, in the men’s 50m rifle 3 positions on May 31. Prior that finish, he shot 618.
