MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Senior Andrew Marsh and Nate Carr opened the 2015-16 season with WVU Natatorium records in the 100 free and 200 IM as the West Virginia University swimming and diving teams opened the year with its annual Gold-Blue Intrasquad Meet on Saturday.
“I think there were some bright spots, and obviously the upperclassmen swam pretty well,” said coach Vic Riggs. “A couple pool records are always a nice way to start the season.”
To open the 2015-16 season, Marsh broke Squires’ previous record of 44.92, setting a new record time of 44.
