“We are looking forward to facing our first opponent of the year,” coach Jimmy King said. “The change in our routine will be appreciated by everyone, but more importantly, this will be the opportunity to test ourselves against outside competition.”
The Mountaineers and the Bison will compete in two varsity 8+ races over the course of the weekend. On Saturday, WVU will compete in a head race that is slated to begin at 10 a.m. ET. Sunday’s race will be a spring and will begin at 9 a.m. ET.
