MORGANTOWN, W. Va. – Fresh off a top-10 victory in its first outing since 1982, the West Virginia University golf team will compete in the Joe Feaganes Marshall Invitational, hosted by the Thundering Herd at the Guyan Golf and Country Club in Huntington on Monday and Tuesday.
The tournament will tee off in shot gun starts at 8:30 a.m. both days. Teams will play 36 holes of continuous play on Monday followed by the final 18 holes on Tuesday. Four of the five scores for each team will count.
“We’re ready to get back to competition this week,” said WVU coach Sean Covich.
