Behind Jevon Carter’s 25 points and freshman point guard James Bolden’s 16 off the bench, West Virginia beat the Atlantis All-Stars 109-62 for a second straight exhibition win in Nassau, Bahamas.
Wednesday night’s victory—much like the one 48 hours earlier—saw the Mountaineers forcing waves of turnovers. There were 47 of them this time, giving West Virginia 102 over two games.
Carter made a team-high eight steals to accompany his strong offensive performance, going 4-of-7 from 3-point range and making all five of his two-point shots.
Bolden sank a pair of 3s and shot 5-of-8 overall in 16 minutes, with four steals and three assists.
