The Mountaineers held a draft last Monday to select the teams, with Renwick serving as the Gold team captain and fellow senior Mason Short heading the Blue team. Renwick drafted Max Sear, Cole Hand, Alan Cooke, Jon Ransone and Molinari to join him. Short selected Tristan Nicholls, Avery Schneider, Chris Williams, Tae Wan Lee and coach Sean Covich to comprise the Bleu squad.
Gold took an 8-1 lead in fourball action on the first day of play, with Renwick and Molinari combining to shoot a 64.
