MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — For the second time in three days, West Virginia has landed a future Mountaineer from the transfer portal.
Maryland defensive lineman Bryce Brand announced his verbal commitment to WVU on his Twitter page Monday evening.
No matter the pressure I stand on both feet….

Brand has spent three seasons with the Terrapins. He appeared in just four games in 2018, preserving a redshirt season. Brand played in 26 games in his Maryland career, making one start.
His most productive game last fall came against Rutgers, where he collected four tackles (three for loss) and a sack.
