MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Even in a 20-point loss at Oklahoma, former West Virginia offensive lineman Jeff Braun saw enough to keep believing in his alma mater.
“I took a lot out of the game in Oklahoma, and I think we have a good team,” he said. “We need to be able to be elite. We need to win these big games on the road in the Big 12. We got beat last week and Oklahoma was the better team for sure, but I think we still have all the pieces of the puzzle to be a Big 12 champion.
