The WVU football program has signed its fair share of players of of the WPIAL high school division from around the Pittsburgh-area. Currently, the Mountaineers boast seven players from the football hotbed located just an hour away from Morgantown.
There is one potential future Mountaineer who would look great in the gold and blue. He hails from the Pittsburgh-area and his name is Lamont Wade.
Wade is just 17 years old, but he has the look and build of a Division I athlete already. He is part of the Class of 2017, so he is now a junior at Clairton High School, located just south east of downtown Pittsburgh.
