Jacky Marcellus: I was scared for my brother

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — On December 24, 2014, WVU running back/receiver Jacky Marcellus and his brother Jackinson were shot in Immokalee, Fl. Both survived the incident, and now Jacky is opening up about being “in the wrong place at the wrong time.”

“I wasn’t scared for me, I was scared for my brother,” said the WVU back.

Jackinson Marcellus received a gunshot to the face, but has recovered and Jacky believes is “better than ever.”

“I try not to think about it… …I hate driving there, because that’s always on my mind, and that’s right there by my house.
