West Virginia (5-2) closed out a grueling stretch of three straight overtime games in Paradise with an 83-76 victory over Arizona (3-4) in the Battle 4 Atlantis third-place game. The Mountaineers led 39-37 at halftime, fueled by Tucker DeVries’ sharpshooting as he connected on five first-half three-pointers. The game was a physical, back-and-forth battle, with both teams trading leads throughout the second half. Arizona briefly grabbed momentum midway through the period, on Caleb Love’s hot shooting hand to build a five-point lead.
