BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. – Senior Easton Renwick and Max Sear represented the West Virginia University golf team in the top-10 of the inaugural Mountaineer Intercollegiate at Pete Dye Golf Club on Tuesday afternoon in Bridgeport, West Virginia.
“Having two players in the top-10 in these conditions, which were very difficult, was good to see,” said WVU coach Sean Covich. “Max and Easton have been our leaders on and off the golf course all year so, it’s no surprise to see them lead us here.”
Renwick rebounded from a tough first round to shoot 69 for a two-round score of 79-69=158 for four over par.
