MORGANTOWN, W.Va. - After leading the Mountaineers to a series win over No. 3 TCU, West Virginia University senior Jackson Cramer has been named the WVU Student-Athlete of the Week, presented by University Apartments.
A native of Coppell, Texas, Cramer had a strong week, leading West Virginia with seven hits, a .867 slugging percentage, 13 total bases, three doubles and finishing second with four RBIs and four walks in four games, all against top-25 opponents.
Cramer had a hit in every game against TCU, including a team-best two hits, three RBIs and two walks in the finale.
