MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Following his walk-off home run in WVU’s 5-4, 10-inning upset of No. 16 Oklahoma State on Friday, April 1, junior first baseman Jackson Cramer has been named the WVU Student-Athlete of the Week, presented by University Apartments.
Cramer hit two home runs, including the walk-off winner in the 10th inning, to fuel WVU’s upset victory. Cramer first homered in the sixth before hitting the game-winning shot in the 10th on the first pitch of the inning. The walk-off came after OSU took their first lead of the game with three runs in the ninth inning.
