MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – West Virginia University juniors Kadeisha Buchanan and Ashley Lawrence have been named to the 2015 Missouri Athletic Club (MAC) Hermann Trophy Watch List, released today by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA).
The award is college soccer’s version of the Heisman Trophy and represents the highest level of individual achievement in the sport. Players are selected to the MAC Hermann Trophy Watch List by a committee of Division I coaches who are NSCAA members.
“Earning a spot on the MAC Hermann Trophy Watch List is an amazing achievement for Kadeisha and Ashley,” said Mountaineer coach Nikki Izzo-Brown.
