MORGANTOWN, W.Va. - The West Virginia University football coaching staff met with the media on Thursday, August 4, 2016, in the Milan Puskar Center Team Room.
Assistant Coach (Safeties) Matt Caponi
On progression since the spring
Right now the guys are in a lot better shape so I think the effort for the first two days has been pretty good. I think going into camp, being able to work out those two months in the summer, they are also probably the fastest and strongest they have been at any point and time in the year so everybody has been doing a pretty good job.
