Wolves are ready to submit an improved bid of more than £20million for Bristol City midfielder Alex Scott.
The Premier League club had an opening proposal worth £18m knocked back earlier this month.
But the highly-rated England U20 international is a prime target for Julen Lopetegui this summer and Wolves are ready to make a second improved offer which will be closer to the Championship club’s £25m valuation, according to the Telegraph.
Bournemouth had a £15m plus add ons offer rejected earlier in the week for the 19-year-old, who is also admired by West Ham.
