West Ham defender Winston Reid is emerging as a doubt for David Moyes’ first game in charge while striker Javier Hernandez is expected to be out for two games following the hamstring strain he picked up playing for Mexico last Friday.
The striker is unlikely to make the home game against Leicester City the following Friday as 20-year-old Toni Martinez is pushing for a first team call-up.
Reid on the other hand is due to play for New Zealand in the World Cup play-off against Peru in Lima on Wednesday.

But the Hammers defender is not due to arrive back in London until Saturday morning, just over 24 hours before Moyes takes charge of his opening game for the Hammers at Watford.
