West Ham’s Olympic Stadium move has been ‘so well received’, insists Karren Brady

Karren Brady insists that the move from Upton Park to the Olympic Stadium ‘has been so well received’ despite the deluge of problems West Ham have faced.

Brady, the club’s vice-chairman, failed to mention the outbreaks of violence, the major issue of fans refusing to sit down and some being left without seats — not to mention the poor results — that have come as a result of swapping East Ham for Stratford when she discussed it at the Leaders Sport Business Summit at Stamford Bridge.

West Ham have not yet hosted a major London rival and the situation could be further exacerbated when Chelsea visit in the EFL Cup later in October.
