West Ham have had a bid reportedly had a bid rejected as they attempt to sign Ajax winger Mohammed Kudus.
The club's technical director Tim Steidten flew to Amsterdam on Thursday in a bid to secure a deal for the Ghana international.
However, according to a report from The Athletic, Ajax rejected the club's offer as it failed to meet their valuation of the 23-year-old.
Kudus is said to desire a move away from the Eredivisie side before the transfer window slams shut next month.
But David Moyes' side are not the only Premier League team to have earmarked the former Nordsjaelland star.
