Stoke were denied a massive three points in their fight for Premier League survival after Andy Carroll scored a 90th minute equaliser for West Ham.

Second half sub Peter Crouch scored his first goal since November with 11 minutes to play, taking advantage of a Joe Hart fumble to tap in the winner.

However Carroll - himself brought off the sub's bench late on - delivered late for the Hammers, hooking a cross past Jack Butland.
