West Ham stars continue to enjoy the Miami high-life as part of break from Premier League relegation troubles

West Ham stars attempted to forget their troubles on the football pitch by trying their hands at a new sport as part of their warm-weather training camp in Miami, Florida.

Mark Noble and Andy Carroll were pictured alongside a host of their team-mates as they relaxed on Miami Beach on Wednesday and tossed an American Football back and forth.

With temperatures in the high twenties, the Hammers certainly looked as if they were enjoying the sunnier climes as they sported white shirts, shorts and sunglasses on the famous stretch of coastline.
