West Ham pay homage to their Thames Ironworks origins as they launch their first ever black away kit

West Ham's players helped launch a stylish new black away kit for the 2017-18 season that celebrates the club's rich history.

The shirt is West Ham's first ever black away strip and the Hammers' badge is emblazoned with an eye-catching shade of blue - described by the club as 'bluefish.'

It also features a subtle Union Jack motif which pays homage to West Ham's former incarnation as Thames Ironworks FC.
