West Ham United are weighing up a move for Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson to bolster their strikeforce in January, sources close to London club have told ESPN FC.
West Ham have made a new striker one of their top priorities when the transfer window reopens and sources have told ESPN FC that Wilson is their top target.
The Hammers have held a long-term interest in the 24-year-old and tried to sign him in the summer in a double deal including Matt Ritchie only to see their bids rejected.
They have been keeping tabs on Wilson since he scored a hat trick against them at Upton Park at the start of last season before suffering a cruciate knee injury, which kept him out of action for six months.
