West Ham 'hand Mark Noble a new one-year deal as reward for his response to being DROPPED' with veteran Hammers captain left out of David Moyes' last 11 league line-ups due to Declan Rice and Tomas Soucek partnership in midfield

Mark Noble has signed a new one-year extension at West Ham as a reward for responding well to a lack of Hammers playing time, according to reports.

The West Ham captain has been left out of David Moyes' Premier League starting line-up for the past 11 games and has played just 82 minutes of league football in 2021.

Noble has been the victim of Declan Rice and Tomas Soucek's excellent performances for the high-flying Hammers, who signed attacking midfielder Jesse Lingard on loan from Manchester United in January to limit the 33-year-old's game time even further.
