West Ham have finally secured a meeting with the Mayor of London for crisis talks about the London Stadium four months after their first approach.
The Hammers have been granted a meeting with Sadiq Khan a week tomorrow, but a club insider revealed it has taken eight letters to his office to finally prompt a discussion over the fractured relationship between the club and stadium operators.
West Ham vice-chairman Karren Brady said: 'We have tried for two years to resolve the many issues that have culminated into a broader frustration among our supporters.
