West Ham United have confirmed that Tomas Soucek will remain at the club on a permanent basis, having impressed during his loan spell with the Premier League club.
The Czech Republic international has performed well during his loan spell with The Hammers, having joined from Slavia Prague in January until the end of the season.
West Ham had an option in the loan agreement to sign the 25-year-old on a permanent deal so as long as they secured Premier League survival.
Wednesday's 1-1 draw with Manchester United at Old Trafford mathematically confirmed their place in the top flight next season, meaning The Hammers could trigger the £15million option to buy the midfielder.
