West Ham have been stopped from helping their players by painting the area around the pitch at the London Stadium a darker colour.

Manager Slaven Bilic is convinced that it would aid his squad if they were allowed to change the colour of the area around the field to claret - and West Ham are prepared to spend £200,000 on it.

But he says that the club have struggled to get permission from the necessary powers behind the London Stadium.
