West Ham have been dealt a fresh blow after Lucas Paqueta was forced to withdraw from training on Tuesday with an ankle injury.
Mail Sport understands the Brazilian was pulled from Tuesday’s session at Rush Green and will undergo further tests with the club’s medical staff.
Paqueta has only just returned to action after missing the defeat at Chelsea with a groin strain having been a key player since Graham Potter took charge.
While the severity of the injury remains unknown, any prolonged absence would be a huge blow for Potter whose side travel to Arsenal this weekend with just one win from their last five Premier League games under their new manager.
