West Ham and Tottenham have joined the race to sign Rennes winger Jeremy Doku, according to reports.
The Belgium international has been on the radar of Europe's top clubs after impressing in Ligue 1 last season.
Manchester City, who are on the market for Riyad Mahrez's replacement, were the frontrunners to land Doku after agreeing personal terms.
However, Premier League rivals West Ham have moved a step ahead of Pep Guardiola's side, according to the Independent.
The Hammers have submitted a bid for the 21-year-old but it is said to be less than £50million, the necessary price to get the player.
