West Ham United are closing in on the signing of Halmstads BK starlet Sead Haksabanovic, sources close to the Hammers have told ESPN FC.
Haksabanovic is regarded as one of the most promising young talents in Europe after impressing for Swedish club Halmstads.
The attacking midfielder has played for Sweden's youth sides before switching his allegiances to Montenegro, and he made his senior debut for them last June in a World Cup qualifier against Armenia.
The 18-year-old has scored five goals in 22 games so far this season for Halmstads, and his performances have brought him to the attention of a number of clubs across Europe.
