West Ham 0-1 Brentford: Bees hold on after Kevin Schade's fourth-minute strike as they secure narrow win over Graham Potter and Co

If anything should feel predictable in football these days, it is that a game between Brentford and West Ham would be decided by an early goal.

Thomas Frank’s side have become masters of striking quickly in the Premier League this season while the Hammers have made a niggling habit of going behind from the off.

So, it was no surprise that Kevin Schade bagged the winner, and the only game of this frantic game, after four minutes at the London Stadium.

It was the seventh time Brentford have struck in the opening 10 minutes of a Premier League match this season and the 10th time West Ham have gone behind.
