Troy Deeney made no apologies for his provocative celebration in front of the West Ham fans during Watford's 2-0 win at the London Stadium.
Hornets skipper Deeney gave his side the lead when he slammed home a first-half penalty before charging towards the corner of the pitch.
The 30-year-old attempted a knee slide before punching the corner flag out of the ground and goading the home supporters, one of whom threw a paper cup in his direction.
Afterwards, Deeney explained: 'Other than the knee slide, where I nearly broke my knee, but people have an opinion on me and my family and that's the only way I can shut them up.
