Sebastien Haller is set to have a medical with West Ham on Tuesday after they agreed a £42.5m fee with Frankfurt for the French striker.
The Hammers are on the verge of landing the 25-year-old in a deal that would make Haller their most-expensive signing ever, with the two clubs confirming the agreement.
West Ham will pay an initial £36m for Haller with a further £6.5m due in add-ons, with the player set to sign a four-year contract.
