West Ham are tracking Real Sociedad striker Willian Jose ahead of the summer transfer window.
The Hammers are in the market for a new forward after cancelling Simone Zaza's loan in January and sending him back to Juventus.
Originally West Ham had planned to buy the Italian outright this summer but, having pulled the plug on that deal, they are now searching for an alternative.
And, according to reports in Italy, the Hammers are lining up a move that would lure Jose away from Real Sociedad.
The 25-year-old has been in impressive form this season, bagging nine league goals as well as providing three assists.
