Slaven Bilic will go under the knife for his hip operation on Wednesday after holding talks with West Ham's board over his future and their summer plans.
The 48-year-old is set for hip replacement surgery, which will rule him out for up to six weeks as he recovers.
A meeting took place in London on Monday between Bilic and West Ham co-chairman David Sullivan, who also acts as the club's director of football.
Sportsmail understands there is no threat of Bilic leaving with the club happy to stand by the Croatian.
