West Ham starlet Reece Oxford has signed a lucrative deal with Nike – but the likelihood of the youngster penning fresh terms at Upton Park is looking increasingly bleak.
Oxford, 17, has put to paper on a long-term sponsorship contract with the sportswear giants that will net him a significant rise from his previous deal making him one of Nike's top earners in his age group.
The package underlines his standing as one of the most high profile young sportsmen in England but his future at West Ham is not so secure with his current deal due to expire at the end of next season with no agreement over an extension in place.
