Marko Arnautovic sustained a serious-looking arm injury during West Ham's defeat at Watford, but insisted to boss David Moyes not to take him off.
The winger went down under a challenge from Marvin Zeegelaar, who appeared to accidentally step on his arm during the second-half at Vicarage Road.
Arnautovic immediately clutched on to his arm and winced in agony as he remained on the floor.
The referee signalled the West Ham physio to come on to the pitch to tend to the Austria international's injury.
