Manchester United have sounded out Bayern Munich's £30million-rated French defender Benjamin Pavard as they look to replace Harry Maguire.
Pavard is keen on the move while United have also spoken to Jean-Clair Todibo of Nice and Bayer Leverkusen's Edmond Tapsoba.
West Ham have agreed a £30m deal in principle with Man Utd for Maguire with personal terms still to be agreed upon between the player and the club.
United have identified Pavard as an ideal replacement for their former skipper, who has one year remaining on his contract at the Allianz Arena and doesn't intend to sign an extension.
