Karren Brady has issued a comprehensive apology to West Ham fans for a chaotic season both on and off the pitch.
Tensions came to a head last weekend with widespread protests directed at the club ownership and pitch invaders disrupting play during the dire 3-0 defeat by Burnley.
Fans are unhappy with a number of issues, ranging from player recruitment, to the new stadium and the relegation fight David Moyes's side now find themselves in.
In her column for the Sun, Brady said: 'The Board takes full responsibility for our predicament.
